If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, or you have been shipped the incorrect item, please contact us here for instructions on how to return your item to us. If you fail to contact us prior to shipping the item back, we will assume no responsibility for any of the return shipping charges.
This is a pre-order, which means we do not have items immediately in stock. Items will be delivered to recipients between 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. Pick-ups will be notified via email with more details once your order is ready.

You may opt in for local Vancouver pick-up, otherwise your order will be shipped directly to you.
